It's Chrome being stupid and overly protective. Go into the menu on the upper right, open settings, scroll down to where it says Advanced and click on that to expand the options. Disable the "Safe Browsing" option. Download the file again and it shouldn't complain. After the download completes, go back to settings and turn Safe Browsing back on.
